Plot of The Summer in Between
A shy scholarship girl arrives at an elite mountain summer camp, hoping to win the prize that could change her future. She wants to focus on points, competitions, and her education. But from her first day, she feels like an outsider among rich campers who mock her clothes, her background, and her quiet, innocent nature.
At the center of the camp are two powerful siblings from the family that owns it. Kris is the popular golden boy: handsome, athletic, charming, and always ready to act like a protector. Kat is his wild half-sister: bold, rebellious, seductive, and impossible to ignore. While Kris makes Emily feel safe, Kat makes her feel something new, confusing, and dangerous.
